What areas do you service?
Anyone can pick up a grab-and-go product! If you are looking for custom installations, I service a 30-mile radius from the 60010 zip code. I also service the Door County, Wisconsin area. Contact me to discuss location questions for custom installations.
Do you offer tear down/clean up services?
Event breakdown is offered at an additional cost. Please contact me for more information.
How long do your balloons last?
Air filled balloon decor lasts several weeks, while helium balloons last for roughly twelve hours. The Pink Balloon cannot guarantee longevity of balloons, especially in inclement conditions like heat, rain, direct sun, cold and or wind.
Can you install balloon decor outside?
Balloon decorations can absolutely be installed outdoors. However, The Pink Balloon cannot be held responsible for the longevity of balloons in extreme heat, cold or rainy conditions.
Can you blow up a balloon kit that I purchased online?
The Pink Balloon uses only the finest quality materials from balloon manufacturers such as Sempertex, Qualitex, and Tuftex. We cannot guarantee arrangement quality with balloons not purchased from a reputable supplier.
What is your minimum order for custom balloon installations?
If our Grab and Go offerings don’t fit your needs, we can also do custom balloon installations and backdrops. The minimum for a custom balloon installation begins at $300.
